The Full-time MBA program’s influence on alumni success

Carey graduates are in demand. And the 2025 Full-time MBA Employment Report proves it.

2025 was a year of significant change across the global economy. Despite an evolving and often uncertain job market, Johns Hopkins Carey Business School’s Full-time MBA students remained in demand, leveraging their skills to secure meaningful opportunities across the workforce.

The newly released 2025 Full-time MBA Employment Report shows that Carey graduates navigated these challenges with confidence, graduating with the skills and knowledge that led them to successful post-graduate career outcomes.

Among the report’s key findings, 91% of our 2025 Full-time MBA graduates seeking employment accepted full-time offers within 90 days of graduation. Supported by Carey’s strong employer networks, 56% of our graduates secured roles through school-facilitated efforts—through interviews, career events, and institutional connections that provided direct access to meaningful, career-advancing opportunities.

Our alumni consistently strengthened their strategic thinking, leadership skills, and ability to apply data-driven decisions across industries while in the Full-time MBA program, preparing them to confidently step into their full-time roles.

“My education from Carey has been instrumental in shaping how I drive meaningful change in my current role. It gave me a blend of technical and leadership skills that I use on a regular basis,” said MBA alum Ahmed Almuhr.

Carey’s comprehensive career resources also helped students secure internships at some of the world’s leading organizations, including AstraZeneca, Microsoft, and Samsung. For summer 2025, 100% of students seeking a summer internship successfully secured one, with 85% facilitated by the school.

“My career coach has been incredible. She helped me strengthen my resume, prepare for interviews, and feel confident going into the internship search,” said MBA candidate Cassandra Enzler.

The skills developed and the connections built helped lay the foundation for lasting success. And we remain committed to growth every year in our programs, career resources, and employer partnerships, ensuring continued momentum for our students.

It’s an exciting time to be at Carey.
