We are thrilled to welcome our international students to the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg Center in Washington, D.C. for Carey Business School’s MS International Orientation on Tuesday, August 13, 2024.

As you prepare to embark on this exciting journey, we want to ensure that you have all the information you need for a smooth transition to life at Carey and in the United States.

Be sure to register for orientation events to make the most out of your time.

International Orientation is a mandatory event for international students studying at Carey’s Baltimore, MD and Washington, D.C. locations. Orientation is designed to provide you with engaging initial opportunities to work with peers, understand the expectations of a Carey classroom, and receive essential information about transitioning to life in the U.S. International Orientation is required for any new student on an F-1 visa who did not complete four years of undergraduate education in the United States.

As you make your travel plans, please be mindful of dates. We highly recommend that you arrive in the United States by Wednesday, August 7, to give yourself ample time to settle in before orientation begins.

Free transportation to Washington, D.C. will be provided to international students from Baltimore. Be sure to continue to check your email for the latest information, including pick up and drop off locations, as we get closer to orientation.
