Carey Business School created the four-week Academy for Women and Leadership to empower women and equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their careers. A team of Carey faculty members will lead you through eight modules designed by women and tailored specifically to your career. The personalized approach provides one-on-one coaching sessions, a practical toolkit to directly apply back to your organization, and the opportunity to connect with fellow participants to share stories and strategies.
