Manage all aspects of your life with the Flexible MBA. Unlike other traditional MBA programs, the Flexible MBA program allows students to tailor their course schedules to their busy lifestyles. The fully online, part-time program is built for working professionals who want to enhance their skills without putting their careers on hold.

Students can participate in asynchronous and/or fully synchronous learning styles, with the choice to partake in optional in-person courses in Baltimore or Washington, D.C. This learning style allows students to complete their degrees at their own pace, typically in two years, but can take up to six.

With eight in-demand specializations in areas such as entrepreneurship, health care, and marketing, students can choose to focus their learning in areas that resonate with their aspirations.
