Background of the Class of 2023

The 2023 Flexible MBA class profile represents a diverse and accomplished group of individuals. With an average GRE score of 314, this cohort came into Carey representing academic success. The class was 48 percent female, 51 percent male, and one percent did not identify, with an average undergraduate GPA of 3.34 and eight and a half years of full-time work experience. Our MBA students represented 12 countries, embodying a global perspective.

Career support throughout the program

The Career & Life Design team at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School empowers students to reach their full potential and secure, transition to, and/or advance in meaningful careers that make an impact in the world. Our students engage one-on-one in career or leadership coaching, attend career development and advancement workshops, and participate in year-round events to include the annual MBA Summit, which features networking sessions, panel discussions, company recruitment, and skill-building workshops with subject matter experts and industry leaders.
